Hello,
My name is Moselyn Sandy and I’m an alumni from Pennsylvania College of Art and Design in Lancaster, PA. I received my Bachelor of Fine Art (BFA) in May of 2023. Being an artist is my biggest blessing in life. It helps me develop more and better skills in my everyday life and I want to share that with the world. My goal in life is to pursue my art career in the marketing and sales business. I enjoy showing my work off to people and helping those learn about the fine art opportunities.

TLOTTI
“TLOTTI” is a portrait painting of my younger cousin. He’s posed in front of a car in broad day light. This was designed on 18 x 24 drawing paper using the medium, oil paint.
I AM MDS.
It took me years to appreciate myself as a person. “I AM MDS” is a collage on 18 x 24 I’ve created to show self-appreciation towards myself as an individual and an artist. Being an artist is my biggest blessing and throughout my artwork I show all my techniques.

An additional PART II for “I AM MDS I” this collage uses different mix medias both black and white mixed with color. This collage expresses a girl that’s being brought back into pieces. Designed on 18 x 24 drawing paper
“Self Portrait Series”
“In November 2021 I’ve created two large self portrait paintings using the medium oil paint. I’ve created those self portraits because it represents the self love I have for myself. Additionally, these paintings were token outside which shows a lot of light colors.

“Identity” Self Portrait.
Oil paint based self portrait painting created in January 2022. I’ve painted a portrait of myself taking a picture in the mirror. I’ve created this portrait because it shows how much I enjoy taking pictures of myself. Being in front of the camera and observing my features is something I do in my everyday life.
“History of war faces”.
This painting was created in April 2022. The message behind this piece represents the tragic civil war that happened in Monrovia, Liberia. As a fellow Liberian I wanted to make a flag painting that shows the deadly faces of those who were effected by the war.
